Before you turn on the mic, let’s prep your host and guest
Perhaps your host has the time, enthusiasm, knowledge, but not the experience of interviewing. We will help them gain confidence and skills by working directly with them in a series of short interviews and sessions.
If you find the guest, or the guest and their team approach you, ensuring the recording is smooth will save editing time and make it more enjoyable for everyone. We can be with you in the recording sessions, we can host or co-host for you, we can even meet with the guests to do sound and equipment checks ahead of time. This also guarantees your guest will feel more valued. We’ll help you get connected and put out a beautiful welcome mat for your guest.
Save You from Embarrassment
The most critical part of any podcast is how it sounds. But, you don’t have to be a professional speaker to be a successful podcast host.
Cutting out the accidental repeated word, and excessive “uhm” and “ahs” ensures you sound great online. This allows hosts and their guests to have natural conversations without worrying about coming up with the perfect line and avoids reading from a script which is less conversational and engaging for listeners. We can also help with background noises, and other technical issues with the recording.
But, beyond this type of editing, you may need someone to question content, or a misspeak by the guest, perhaps a mention of something they should have not mentioned? With decades of experience in public relations and marketing, we will come to you if we think you may want to consider editing something out. It’s rare, but we’ve saved a lot of legal hassles by noticing a phrase or quip that would be best deleted.

All podcast production companies should include the immediate delivery of your show to all podcast venues and apps. This is done through your RSS feed. It is set up IN YOUR NAME with YOUR EMAIL – or it should be. Then you can check the stats without asking the production company for the information.
What else can draw attention to the show?
How about making your guests feel appreciated? Their companies will take notice of you. We use several tactics to add to the exposure your show receives without relying on PPC campaigns.
